I have been on the management side of things for 6 years now looking to continue up into executive management. I am passionate about creating a positive and successful team, no matter if in person or online. Skills I bring to the table are organizational structuring, creating effecientcies for safer work as well as it being able to create standardization across national or multinational companies, and financial responsibilities in terms of creating and staying within a budget whatever that maybe.
