selecting reliable suppliers, and negotiating favorable terms to achieve optimal.
Geographic Understanding: essential to develop a strong geographic understanding of operating markets and individual driver fleets. This includes knowing the mix of businesses in each location and being aware of the capacity of fleets to understand coverage options.
Contract and Route Management: involves analyzing data to manage contracts and vendor payments for existing routes and new additions. Route modifications are necessary based on data analysis to ensure optimal operation and expenditure.
Collaborative Work: requires liaising with colleagues and clients and coordinating meetings with advertising platform representatives. Additionally, it involves reviewing and Q/A ad copy to ensure that it is error-free.
Fleet Management: Tracking and maintaining contracts with providers is critical to ensure timely pickup and delivery. This involves using GPS and monitoring drivers and keeping track of the fleets for better service and analysis.
Customer Communication: this requires working closely with customer service colleagues and ensuring that detailed information is entered for arrival and departure times, bill of lading, and freight counts.
