From 2021 to 2025, I worked at Canadian Tire in London, Ontario as a Project Flow Coordinator and Customer Care Associate. In this role, I supported a variety of administrative and clerical functions with a high level of accuracy, including record-keeping, documentation, and data entry. I helped coordinate team tasks, schedules, and workflow to ensure efficient operations and timely project completion. I also assisted with operational planning and contributed to process improvements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Throughout my time in this position, I communicated effectively with team members and management while demonstrating strong accountability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Through my coursework in Marketing, Management, Human Resources, Business Communication, and Organizational Behaviour, I developed a strong foundation in core business principles. As a Group Project Lead, I coordinated team members, delegated tasks, and ensured the timely and accurate completion of case studies and reports. I also developed professional reports and presentations with clear and organized documentation. These experiences strengthened my teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills, particularly in deadline-driven environments.
