Amine Moqadem

I am Amine Moqadem, a bilingual French speaker with a good communication skills, I graduate from a Moroccan University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communication (WES equivalence obtained).

I have 13 years of experience as a Journalist, Video Editing, Social Medias Content, and Translation (English, French, Arabic), with a previous experience a Customer Service specially in Call Center with diversifies tasks between technical support, Data update and different types of assistance.

In Addition to MS Office Microsoft tools (Word, Excelle, Accent, Outlook), I have also a good command tools (Final cut, Avid, Adobe Premiere, After Effect, Photoshop, InDesign), and I gain a special experience with the office tasks and communication assignments.

I am a fluent French/English bilingual, withe a good capacities to handle customer service matters, especially in a call center or a technical support position, due instead to my high-tech knowledge and my previous experience in customer service, also for my communication skills and my multitasks capacities.

Instead, my Bachelor's degree in Journalism and communication, I have also a Diploma In Video shooting-editing, and large knowledge for the scientific and technological topics.
