In my current role, I oversee table games activity, support dealers, assist with guest concerns, and ensure full compliance with AGLC Terms & Conditions. I am relied upon to track table openings and closings, prepare reports, support scheduling, and maintain operational accuracy throughout each shift. My ability to remain composed, make sound decisions, and resolve issues effectively has consistently contributed to smooth, efficient gaming floor operations.
Supervise daily table games operations, assist dealers, and ensure all tables adhere to AGLC Terms & Conditions and internal casino policies.
Respond to guest concerns, investigate issues, and escalate matters to management when required.
Support scheduling functions, table opens/closes, and tracking of daily operational logs.
Assist with dealer performance oversight, coaching, training opportunities, and adherence to expected service standards.
Maintain working relationships with advisors, charity workers, and volunteers to ensure smooth coordination of casino events.
Prepare shift documentation, reports, and communication updates for management using Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrate strong judgment, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
