I am a hospitality professional with leadership experience in hotel front office operations and multi-property rental management. I currently serve in a front office leadership role where I oversee guest experience, service recovery, team training, and operational improvements. I’ve supported new property setup, implemented workflows and policies, and contributed to strengthening service culture and financial accountability.
In addition to my hotel experience, I manage short- and long-term rental properties, overseeing pricing strategy, maintenance coordination, compliance awareness, and monthly financial review. This dual exposure has strengthened both my service mindset and my operational discipline.
I am organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure. I lead by example, believe in clear communication, and focus on creating structured systems that reduce chaos and elevate performance. My long-term goal is to continue growing in hospitality leadership, overseeing multi-use properties where I can contribute strategically while remaining hands-on and visible within the operation.
