I also reviewed routes, daily traffic, and weather conditions to meet daily requirements and service needs, which led to an increase in on-time deliveries. Additionally, I responded to emergencies by initiating outbound calls to insurance agencies and emergency contacts of company managers, and reported delays, accidents, and other traffic and transportation situations directly to the manager, resulting in improved efficiency.

I have completed Entrepreneurship Bootcamp 2023, and I am a member of the Marketing Club and a George Brown volunteer member. My high school diploma is from Delhi Public School in Delhi, India, where I served as Head Boy.
