For nine years I served as a case manager for BC's law firm with the largest Chinese speaking clientele. My caseload averaged 450 clients at any time. My role as a case manager involved signing prospective clients which was met at the 90% completion rate. I exceled at my role with ICBC as an auto/accident benefits/casualty adjuster and was assigned to the Material Damage and Bodily Injury Claims Investigation Team working in conjunction with Special Investigations Officers. I was also promoted into a position of examiner of Bodily Injury Claims. I piloted the ICBC Mandarin Claims Hotline as well as the Bodily Injury By Phone Claims Department. I served as ICBC's liaison with the Mandarin speaking community in their community outreach program. At Intact Insurance, I served as one of three adjuster in the Special Handling Unit overseeing the province of Alberta with respect to questionable automobile claims remotely from Vancouver, BC.
