I am result-driven in a profession that needs to add value in any organization. I am a family-focused, supportive individual who helps people whenever they seek assistance. Healthy, delicious cooking is a priority in my life because health is a top concern.

In my role as a Case Worker with the Muslim Food Bank, I provided comprehensive support to Rohingya refugee clients, assisting them across all aspects of settlement and daily needs. This included helping clients navigate complex application processes, supporting documentation requirements, coordinating referrals to social and government services, advocating on their behalf, and ensuring they understood each step clearly. Many of the individuals I supported were vulnerable, facing language barriers, trauma, and unfamiliar systems, which required patience, empathy, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.

In my previous role as a Data Integrity Specialist at Imprint Plus (Avery Division), I was responsible for collecting, reviewing, and validating sensitive data from multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal standards. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, ability to manage high volumes of information, and capacity to support decision-making processes.

My educational background in Computer Science and Business Administration has strengthened my analytical thinking, systems knowledge, and ability to improve processes and reporting. I am confident in my ability to manage data systems, track outcomes, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement.
