-Experienced in Disaster Recovery Planning and Management across multiple locations Nationally to support business lines.
-Project Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver on complex projects in demanding working environments.
-Initiative-taker with strong leadership qualities and proven relationship management capabilities, who engages colleagues, business partners, external stakeholders, and employees with a successful record in change management.
-Demonstrated change management skills with the ability to support the strategic direction, execute and communicate on policies to streamline processes.
-Excel in fast paced environments that promote disciplined innovation and delivers enhanced client and employee experiences.
-Great communicator with the ability to make things happen through the use of positive influence.
-Managed cross functional operations teams across Canada.
-Grade 12 diploma
-2 years of business college
-Lean Six Sigma – White, Yellow, and Green Belt Certified.
-Operations Management Principles (OMP) – Certified.
