Passionate and dedicated basketball athlete and leader with over 24 years of experience in competitive sports, team development, and strategic leadership. My journey in basketball began at the age of seven and has shaped not only my athletic career, but also my character, discipline, mindset, and leadership philosophy.
From competing internationally in Japan and Mexico to playing at the professional level in Jalisco, basketball has been the foundation of my personal and professional growth. Today, as General Manager of Hello Nori on Robson Street in Vancouver, I lead a team of more than 50 employees using the same principles that guided me throughout my sports career: teamwork, strategy, accountability, resilience, and maximizing individual strengths to achieve collective success.
I am highly motivated to contribute my experience, leadership, and passion to the growth of a women’s basketball program at Simon Fraser University, helping athletes develop not only on the court, but also mentally, strategically, and personally for long-term success.

My leadership philosophy is based on understanding people individually, developing their strengths, supporting their weaknesses, and building cohesive teams where every member contributes to a larger vision. Just like in basketball, success comes from trust, communication, preparation, and strategic execution.
