I’m a doctor of education in sociology and equity in education. I have teach special education and have taken special education additional qualification. As a school administrator, I lead IPRCs, prepared IEPs, safe schools amendments for extra support funding for our students with psychological, physical, social emotional and multiple combinations of special needs in one student.
As a senior manager at the board level I would foster good relationships and encourage excellence in communication verbally and written as well as lead Catholic morning prayers with those who want to at the board to start the day off right with our Creator at the ce of our wor.
Education leadership roles a school administrator for a decade, university president and valedictorian undergraduate, led systemwide TCDSB in race relations as the led teacher representative who created Equity school representatives twenty years ago and was an educational researcher as well as corporate trainer and worked in departments and ministries of education in ten international countries. I was TCDSB lead teacher who supervised fifty high school students in the Philippines with the board led in the Student Leadership. Throughout my career I have learned to successfully create curriculum and develop support materials for students and staff with special needs.
As an education research novelist and children’s book author I looked carefully at various issues that children and adolescents face in addition to adult special needs accommodations for school, board, families and all education stakeholders including trustees and volunteers.We all have some medical needs sometime in our lives that makes us able to relate to our students who have special needs
Harvard University was my most revolutionary academic experience that had rigorous scientific research and assignments that made you question a lot of assumptions and conclusions in education at that time. At Howard University I defined my philosophy and experience as a student leader as graduating university student president and saying the graduation speech as valedictorian which increased my confidence as a future leader in education
