Scan freight as per Global SOP and assist with warehouse searches.

· Contact customers to rectify any issues and/or concerns.

· Create traces/FTRs as required.

· Ensure all damaged shipments are reported and processed as per GSOP.

· Labeling and relabeling shipments/shelves.

· Move freight within the warehouse area as per requirements/ fix damage shipments.

· Accurately process shipments by deadline.

· Handle shipments in a manner that minimizes damage.

· Shipment processing complies 100% with Transport of Dangerous Goods requirements.

· Comply with Collective Agreement, policies, and procedures.

· Alert operations management of issues and/or safety concerns immediately as they occur.
