I am a graduate in bachelor’s degree of hotel management, after that i did culinary management from George Brown college and then my Baking and pastry arts program from Niagara college, Niagara, ON. After completion that program i started working as a pastry cook at an Italian restaurants company’s retail pastry kitchen.
When i started working at the Italian pastry retail warehouse i got to learn a-lot from there, as it was my first full time job after i completed my program. Then i changed my job to a restaurant pastry kitchen and small bakery items to produce. Currently where i am working was a very good experience of fine dine restaurant, preparing desserts and then plate them according to the order you get during the lunch and dinner service
Ontario certificate in Baking and Pastrt arts.
