I have worked at Deliveroo HK Ltd for 2.5 years. During my time here, I was promoted 2 times from Partner Success Executive to Senior Partner Success Specialist and I left the job at SMB Project Executive. During my 3 roles in Deliveroo, I have hands-on assisted partners via hotline and email, F2F consultation for better improvements, and cold-calling for pitching campaigns. I am not afraid to raise my voice when I spot/see any issues that can be solved at an early stage to minimise the domino effects.

I graduated from Swiss Hotel Management School in 2020 with a Swiss Higher Diploma in International Hospitality and Event Management. In 2020, my studies shifted to the University of Derby and graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality and Event Management Degree.
