I have been coordinating and leading many projects /programs Communications and knowledge management activities for more than 14 years in Government, Humanitarian, and development projects in Ethiopia. I am an organized creative strategist with refined interpersonal skills looking to provide leadership services with strong project planning and strategy design, high-level technical advisory for implementation, and achievement of much public awareness, communication, and knowledge management strategies. I am multi-disciplinary with MA in Communications, Diploma in commerce, BSC, and BA degrees in the field of Business Information Systems and English language and literature respectively along with proven training and experiences in planning, budget management, monitoring, and evaluation.

I have implemented and led the implementation of many projects in many government institutions and International NGOs at international, national, regional, and community levels.

My rich experiences in managing and implementing program strategies and capacity building training have been acquired while working in Nutrition International, World Health Organization, Marie Stopes International -Ethiopia (MSI-E), Population Services International-Ethiopia (PSI-E), Information and Communications Technology Assisted Development Project (ICTAD), Addis Ababa municipality and other private institutions with different capacities.
