I have worked on multiple integrations, a merger and deployments for ServiceNow. I am organized and enjoy the requirements gathering process. I love an org chart, or process flow. I create a kind and communicative environment. I have an understanding of IT, HR and Business processes.

Started my last job as a recruiter. Moved into the HRIS side of the fences after gravitating to that work. Then became involved with the deployment and stand up of the HR ticketing system. Then after that I moved to the IT department where I got the opportunity to learn all sides of the fence. I was lucky to get to work on deployments, and instance merger, and Shared Services.

I took part in yearly service now sessions including HR, Performance Analytics and administration for ServiceNow through the two day workshops before their annual three day knowledge conference.
