Highly motivated Director of Health and Wellness with 10 years of direct management experience within the retirement home sector. Will strive to promote team success, identify improvement opportunities, and uphold the values and standards to enhance the experience of our clients.
Currently working as the Health and Wellness Manager in a large retirement community with over 200 residents and 75 care staff. I have overseen the nursing department in several retirement residences as well as provided periodic coverage for the Regional Director of Health and Wellness in the hospital setting. My current role encompasses the direct supervision of care delivery, ongoing teaching and staff education, as well as supporting with sales and driving care revenue. Throughout my career I have cared for residents with varying needs on independent, assisted living, and memory care units.
