I am an experienced IT technician specializing in hardware and software maintenance. I have strong expertise in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and network management. My experience includes installing and configuring software, providing technical support to clients, and updating operating systems. I am also proficient in assisting users with data backup and recovery, as well as setting up and configuring local networks. My skills extend to assembling and installing computer systems, managing IT resources, and configuring various devices such as routers, access points, security cameras, Bluetooth headsets, Fire Sticks, Google Home, modems, printers, and scanners.

I have significant experience working at the IT company ADM Informatique, where I performed various technical tasks. My responsibilities included diagnosing and resolving common IT issues such as hardware failures, software errors, and network problems. I also installed and configured software, peripherals, and IT equipment like computers, printers, and routers. Additionally, I carried out regular maintenance operations to ensure the proper functioning of IT systems and managed software updates and security patches to keep systems updated and secure. I implemented and maintained IT security measures such as firewalls, antivirus programs, and regular data backups. I am currently a student in IT Support at the School of Trades for IT, Commerce, and Administration. I will complete my diploma in January, and I would like to undertake my final internship at your company.
