I am a very empathetic customer service representative with over 15 years of experience. I am a very quick learner and excel in fast-paced environments.
My most recent position was with NTT BPO for over a year as a Technical Support Specialist- Tier II. On a daily basis, I was responsible for saving customers who were considering ending services with the company for various reasons. I resigned my position in August 2023 due to an upcoming surgery that has taken until recently to heal from.
I graduated highschool in June 1990 and went to Heritage College for Medical Administration in 1994 and Niagara College in 2002 for Personal Support Worker.
