As a longtime volunteer, many of my duties have always required an efficient customer service representative mindset driven by a passion for increasing customer satisfaction by applying my abilities as effectively as possible to benefit the company for which I was volunteering at the time. This has enabled me to boost my communication, accountability, and community engagement skills.

I am currently a Computer Science student at Brock University. I have exceptional basic coding skills and, as demonstrated by my high school academic success, a strong desire to pick up new information and thrive in whatever it may be required for. My full-time studies and desire to work part-time demonstrate my outstanding time management, marketing, and flexibility abilities.
