My name is Michael and I am a customer service representative.

I represent companies and their products and solutions.

I mostly answer phone calls and assist customers to get the right information about products.

I've done a lot of volunteering, mostly for the Salvation Army of Canada.

Answering phones. Communicating effectively without supervision.

Once I know the products, I can really get going. Any problem, I have the solutions.
