While working in restaurants in various positions from dishwasher to Supervisory roles, Management roles in both the dining area, bar as well as kitchen restaurant, I learned how to do hosting, serving, bartending, food expediting, inventory control and ordering of supplies, forecasting of sales and food & labour costs, scheduling of employees, interacting with guests throughout the dining area to ensure their dining experience was enjoyable and I addressed any guests concerns at the time. Assisted front house staff in any capacity to ensure they were able to perform their job functions as easily as possible. In the kitchen I learned prep cooking, salad and sandwich making, deep fryer cooking, line cooking, pizza making, responsibilities such as maintaining food health safety standards & work safety procedures, quality food product and service procedures, food costs and product waste control.
