I am a graduate of George brown college in the computer technology program. Right now I work for a franchise called Ilovekickboxing where I am a customer service representative, coach, and salesman. I have been at this franchise for 8 months where I was able to expand my communication skills and customer service.
This is the first job that I have gotten out of college and in particular got this job to help with my customer service skills. I first started off coach where I would teach classes and build relationships with the different members of the student. I slowly was able to get into more of an administrative role where I handle calling customers, and different leads and eventually selling memberships to people who are interested.
On a day-to-day basis, I handle different customer requests, questions, and concerns as well as build relationships with the many clients that are new or returning members. My goal is to work in an IT environment or anything IT related where I am able to get experience in expand my knowledge and skills in IT
