Hired through Work-Integrated Learning as a summer student intern and promoted to permanent full-time role upon graduation managing marketing, communications, and modernization across departments. My work improved productivity and directly supported the company's growth with new systems allowing for the addition of a dedicated dispatcher and office assistant, as well as the acquisition of a competing company.

• Improved website content using WordPress CMS while applying SEO best practices and Google Analytics findings to increase conversions.
