Managed the Health and Safety for 18 Branches and 106 transport vehicles which includes Tractor trailers, Boom, Moffat and flat deck trucks for BC, Alberta, Sask and Manitoba
By building an effective Health and Safety management system which included an effective positive safety culture program I was able to bring the TRIF rate down from 6.8 to .36, bring down first aid incidents by 73% and increase safety reporting by 191% over a 3 year period.
