In my previous role as a customer service representative, I maintained strong call control and efficiently worked through scripts to address a variety of problems. As a warehouse supervisor, I was responsible for managing inventory, resource allocation, and space management. I supervised over 20 workers, prepared monthly KRAs for warehouse staff, and compiled numerous reports on delivery, performance, and load factors.
In my career as a waste management specialist, I conducted in-depth studies of customer requirements for manufacturing companies, resorts, hotels, hospitals, and residential complexes. I organized demos to showcase proposed tailor-made waste management solutions and managed sales closures. With a Bachelor of Commerce from Asan Memorial College of Arts & Science, I am confident that I have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
