My name is Kiana Rossi, I am currently 17 years old and turning 18 in September. I have been in the customer service industry since I was fourteen. I started taking care of others at a young age, since I started babysitting around 12 years old.
As soon as I turned 14, I got a job at a small family business named “Captain C Fish And Grill”. At that job I learned many things such as how to deal with different types of customers, how to provide kind and friendly customer service, and keep calm during times of stress. I acquired many skills that helped me move onto another job that had better opportunities for my interests at a restaurant named “Sai Thai Chef”.
I am still currently working there for a few days a week and I have gained so much knowledge from this job, since I have been working here for over two years. I am applying to this job in hopes of gaining more experience in a bigger restaurant as well as with more co workers. I am going to King's University at Western, and I would like to save up more money to help pay for the cost of my tuition.
