I sweat the small stuff, and love digging into details.
I'm obsessed with staying organized (and helping others stay that way), excellent at following process and procedures, and never afraid to let people know when a process isn't working. But if it's broken, I'll want to fix it.
Being reliable is something that I take pride in, and I like repetition in my day-to-day work. What you might find boring, I find a way to make it fun! Working in teams is my favourite part about work, and I work best when I have people around me who I can trust, and share ideas with.
After all - you can't work in the hospitality industry for 8 years and not truly love working with people! I enjoy working in client-facing roles, where communication, detail, and follow-up are paramount to success. Internally, it is important that I align with what the business works to change.
When I'm not at work, you can find me hiking trails with my (very active!) Coonhound, Cooper, and his little sister Millie, or landscaping the property with my partner, or spending time with my family.
