Senior Credit Control

About

Versatile Operations & Finance Professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in the end-to-end meat supply chain and complex credit management. Proven track record in founding a "farm-to-door" meat processing plant and maintaining a bad-debt ratio of under 2% for multi-brand automotive groups. I am a pragmatic, "ground-up" worker who is equally comfortable managing credit control and large-scale administrative processes as I am performing deboning and butchery tasks on a production line.

Seeking to leverage butchery expertise, hands-on technical proficiency and credit controller financial reconciliation skills within a meat processing operation, or in any capacity where my dedication to quality and operational efficiency can be best utilized.

  • I have instituted work processes to ensure timely and accurate submission of warranty related claims thus reducing factory rejections and increasing recovery of warranty and maintenance plan claims.
  • In 4 years, I only had ONE claim rejected (US$15.00) out of an average of US$75,000.00 claims per month, i.e. 0% rejection rate.
  • In addition, payments for factory claims are ALL up-to-date within ONE WEEK following the service completion.
