From 2021 to 2023, I held a contract role as an Administrative Assistant, supporting three department Chiefs at Unity Health Toronto's St. Joseph's site. Preceding this, my tenure spanned from 2016 to 2021 as a Support Assistant, providing administrative and client-care support within the Municipal Government, encompassing the Division of Transportation Services and Toronto Public Health. Earlier in my career, I provided senior-level administrative support to the Division Head of Rheumatology at Sickkids, as well as extended assistance to healthcare professionals across multiple major hospitals throughout the City of Toronto.
In 2005, I attended George Brown College for Medical Office Assistant training. Since then, I have actively pursued ongoing part-time education at George Brown College, focusing on courses directly relevant to my expertise as an administrative professional.
