Malahat Hidari

Currently working as a Case Manager with adequate on field experience. The role includes planning meetings, reviewing documentation, analysing information, and providing regular updates to managers/senior staff within the organization. Additionally, I help clients with language barriers, accessibility needs, mental health crisis and challenging temperaments. I also work closely with medical clinic staff (doctors, medical students, etc.) to provide seamless service referrals and follow-ups.
