“Hi, I’m Mandy Boyde. I’m currently enrolled in a Junior IT Analyst program and working toward my Google IT Support Certificate, which I’ll complete in January 2026. Through my coursework I’ve built a strong foundation in troubleshooting, user support, and data analysis. Also pursuing the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and Google AI Essentials to strengthen foundational IT and technical support skills.
