I’m a sport leader, educator, and builder focused on developing pathways for athletes and creating meaningful experiences across youth sport, community programs, and sport-tech innovation. My work spans youth development, event design, coaching systems, and strategic planning for sport organizations across Canada.
Alongside my work in athlete development, I teach university courses in sports law, esports business, marketing, and social issues in sport. I care deeply about helping students understand how the sports industry works in the real world, blending legal frameworks, business models, and athlete-centred practices.
I’m currently completing my Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on applied research that connects sport, community, and innovation. Before that, I earned a Master’s in Sport Management at the University of Florida, which shaped my interest in developing sustainable ecosystems that support both athletes and communities.
My long-term mission is to build systems, programs, and technology that empower young athletes, strengthen sport organizations, and create opportunities for families across Canada and beyond.
