• Operate hand tools, power tools, precision measuring tools. During the day, I use calipers and micrometer to ensure our product is within all perimeters
• Lock out, tag out, hazard assessments are a normal part of the daily work
• Work closely with maintenance to improve equipment reliability
• Trouble shooting mechanical, and electrical issues to help resolve issues
• Maintain a safe working environment and protect company assets
• Provide on the floor coaching and feedback for team members
