I am a computer scientist with expertise in AI and Machine/Deep learning. I also have great experience working as a technical support and sales representative.

I am an accurate person, interested in technology, a fast learner, patient and persistent, with excellent problem-solving skills, and I am also committed to perfectly accomplishing tasks. I also have the characteristic of active listening and effective communication in dealing with different people.

I have accomplished a full-time job for 8 months as technical support and sales representative in an online language academy (Lingoage English Academy). During this period, as technical support, I was responsible for assisting and finding possible solutions for the technical problems of language learners in this institution. I was also responsible for guiding and attracting new language students and Identifying their needs throughout their classes to find effective solutions for improving the academy's throughput.

During this time, I learned about the technical issues the language learners were dealing with and quickly discovered appropriate solutions for even their most challenging technical problems. Additionally, I attracted many new language learners to this academy and I expertly represented all the benefits of the classes to people interested in enrolling in the classes.

I have studied computer engineering for the previous five years and graduated within the top 15 percent of students. During my education, I worked on numerous data science projects. I have worked closely with tabular and image data using Artificial intelligent techniques and am familiar with data management tools such as MS SQL server, MS Excel, Sq Light, etc.

I am an expert in Python programming language and am well familiar with C/C++, VHDL, and MATLAB. I can work expertly with tools like MS Office. I am also an expert in working with AI and Machine Learning models.

I have practiced strong problem-solving abilities throughout my studies and I have acquired excellent teamwork abilities.
