- Responsible for companies' business license renewal, application for car insurance, vehicles renewals (e.g. registration), requesting drivers abstract through Motor Vehicles, and ordering of vehicle decals and making sure all vehicles have the correct unit numbers.
- Enters/updates employee's data like insurance information through spreadsheet.
- Responsible for entering and updating new vehicles through mechanic equipment books.
- Perform basic receiving of invoices, process, and to be sent to Accounting Department for final process and enter all data in excel spreadsheet to make sure all data are being tracked.
- Actively contacts suppliers for ongoing/pending transactions for the company.
