Hi! I completed marketing and business management, and I have 3+ years of working in customer service, sales and security services.

I have worked as a customer support and B2B agent with Optima Communication for over a year, and have gained skills like active listening, having a can-do attitude and keeping customers happy. I have also worked in sales with our client Scotiabank in the insurance sector. I am passionate about marketing and have social media experience. I love exploring avenues and would like to work in retail and food industry.

I have completed my postgraduate certificate in Marketing and International Business from Centennial College. It was truly a great experience, learning about different subjects and also collaborating with classmates.
