am a Culinary professional with 12 years experience in the restaurant and private industry. My career started out with dedication to management within restaurants focused on, product creation, execution and team results. Later transitioning into travel experience, private parties, personal chef work and elite catering. My cooking philosophy is foundational in scratch cooking, innovative flavor combinations, and a respect for the quality and source of food.
