My career started out with dedication to management within restaurants focused on, product creation, execution and team results. Later transitioning into travel experience, private parties, personal chef work and elite catering. My cooking philosophy is foundational in scratch cooking, innovative flavor combinations, and a respect for the quality and source of food.
12 plus years in both the restaurant and private service industry. Graduating with honors from Stratford Chefs School.
