- Responsible for renovation of 56 All Villa property including exclusive 20 Pool Villas projected to be open in Q4 2022 in terms of (Design /FF&E /SOE / Furnishing/budgeting /Recruitment/Purchasing/property management financial reports/sales and marketing/maintenance/ PMS System Integration ).
Key Accomplishments
- Restructured the resort from scratch including concept /furniture/F&B outlets/Amusement centre, room’s revenue, operations of front desk, reservation office, and guest service managers ahead of opening.
- Planed activities, room/ F&B revenues, operations of front desk, reservation office, and guest service managers ahead of opening.
- Authorized the schedules for the entire property staffing /trainings, managed the expenditures and pre-opening budgets to insure they are being maintained.
- Successfully done with Hotel Management System integration, Website Development, OTAs contracting, Social Media and Marketing Plan, Recruitment of all department heads.
- Hotel Furnishing /FF&E/ Snagging lists /Budget.
- Maintained a high morale and productivity as well as good communication within the team.

- Successfully Increased number of active corporate accounts to 2000, which represent the High-End Market, resulting into a total of 50% of the actual room night’s production and achieving total revenue of SAR 25 Mil per calendar year during the first year in operation.
- Increased corporate segments by20 % VS BUDGET.
- Achieved Revenue goal of SAR 60 Million during the year 2017 out of which 25 Mil was achieved as Room's
Revenue including annual and daily rentals, 30 Mil F&B, and 5 Mil membership sales with direct sales activities

- Function as the leader of the Sales, Marketing, Member’s Relation and Revenue team (Managing a team of 8) of this luxurious 5* property (251 Chalets, Beach Villas, Uno Units and Cabanas).
- Re-structured the Sales & marketing office in the resort based on Market requirements
- Conducted feasibility studies and managed new Loyalty programs and corporate brand identity.
- Monitored, evaluated and reviewed resort performance and assisted in setting directions for the Sales and Marketing department.
