PUBLIC HEALTH PROGRAM ASSISTANT/ MANITOBA HEALTH MAY -DEC 2023

• Performing clerical and administrative duties in Manitoba Health Office including data entry, preparing specialized or written correspondence, and organizing and maintaining manual files and electronic records.
• Orchestrated smooth and effective flow data to support both client and the health inspector including entering and organizing data with great attention to detail to ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of the data.
• Work on a user-friendly guide on data entry to improve the admin workflow process for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Response to daily client inquires and complaint by provided exceptional client support.

• Communicate, support and supervising the client with trauma informed care to reduce the risk of re-traumatization. 
• Update, clean up and sort client’s database with great attention to detail to ensure the confidentiality of the clients and optimize search time in the future.
• Attending weekly meetings to troubleshoot difficulty, take note on the number of clients coming in to make sure we have extra support when needed.
• Prepare and review the material for the following week, decide whether the material need to be updated to ensure the best experience for the client.
