Product Design Lead / Senior / Staff-level designer with 14+ years designing complex B2B software for infrastructure, data systems, AI products, dashboards, and design systems. AI-powered experience-research platform. Owned the interaction model behind two AI features in production (Design Agent, Synthesize Agent). Trust patterns for AI output: citations, source grounding, interactive reports, guardrails against hallucination. Design-system cleanup across pods. Working POV that emerged from this work: AI is most useful in complex products when it helps users inspect, understand, summarize, or act on structured systems — not when it simply adds a generic chat layer.
