Phillip Kataswa

I am a recent IT graduate based in Toronto. I currently work for Hertz as a service associate. I am looking for an opportunity that lets me leverage the skills I gained as an undergrad while also providing great customer service.

I have worked in the automotive and hospitality industry for four years. As a service associate at hertz, I provide instructions on how to operate Tesla vehicles and answer questions about offered programs. One of my roles as a crew trainer was to help facilitate problem-solving between conflicting co-workers and customers. I developed and trained all employees to interact with customers and suggested ways to resolve problems.

In May of 2022, I graduated with a degree in information technology from york university.
