● Worked with the pilot team in process migration at Intercontinental Exchange, for tasks like
Structured securities price evaluations and Municipal bonds setup in Muniview(ICE integrated software)
● Assist with any new projects/new initiatives as directed by the management.
● Setting up newly issued securities within the pricing database, and responding to client inquiries.
● Maintenance of client portfolios and review of various Q/A reports.
● Work with Reference Data teams to ensure that high-priority requests are added quickly to facilitate a timely response to client evaluation requests.
● Follow up and resolve evaluation data discrepancies as necessary.
● Research and resolve internal and external inquiries – ensure critical and aged.
● Client queries are escalated in a timely manner.
● Assist the evaluation team with any other projects or processes as required.
● Identifying if any pricing fails for what reason and working with the respective team.
● Assist in the creation of quality control reports for evaluation groups.
● Resolve client questions or issues related to the timely and accurate processing of evaluation requests.
● Assist in creative process SOPs and process guides.
