Watching my mother start her own company and looking up to her as a fellow leader, I decided to follow her path and work at her company to gain both knowledgeable and social skills.
Janitorial run their own contracts as well as subcontract from larger corporations to clean and maintain offices, houses, and storefront buildings. Throughout my work I have learned fascinating complexities of business culture that I believe is the key to success to be an effective leader and manager. As someone who is bilingual in both English and Punjabi, I have learned substantial communication skills that make me capable to read and explain the scope of work to a given cleaner and to document any deficiencies and provide remedies to improve on their work. Being a manager, it is my obligation to distribute and delegate work to cleaners according to their abilities and experience.
My hobbies are in the audio and video industry where i work at Dynamic Hi-Fi. I market and sell high-end speakers and do custom installs.
Sales Agent who who sells high-end speakers and assemble and wire audio components at Dynamic Hi-Fi. I also manage contracts for Frontier Janitorial services and work as a Operations Manager and Administrative Assistant.
Obtained my Dogwood Diploma from Lord Byng High School in June 2017 in Vancouver, BC. Following high school, I did my first year of Bachelor of Commerce at Saint Mary's University at the Sobey School of Business.
