Responsible for Treasury & AP for 20 medical manufacturing facilities across the Americas region. Managed 23 Direct reports including 3 Supervisors:
- Responsible for daily cash pooling and cash management on 24 different bank accounts (JP Morgan, Scotiabank, HSBC and Banco Popular).
- Multi-currency transactions (CAD, MXN, CHF, USD and EUR)
- Vendor Payment processing for $100+ M USD per month
- 8-week cash Forecasting cycle and forecasting accuracy (Trade and IC),
