Accounts Payable & Treasury Manager (Current)
Responsible for Treasury & AP for 20 medical manufacturing facilities across the Americas region. Managed 23 Direct reports including 3 Supervisors:
-Responsible for daily cash pooling and cash management on 24 different bank accounts (JP Morgan, Scotiabank, HSBC and Banco Popular).
-Multi-currency transactions (CAD, MXN, CHF, USD and EUR)
-Vendor Payment processing for $100+ M USD per month
-Vendor payments $100+ M USD per month
-FX Hedging.
-Bank Reconciliations
-AP Day to Day operations (3WM, Non-PO, Vendor management, Discrepancies review, etc.)
-Month end closing procedures.
-KPI Management
-POC Internal and External audit management
-SOX and USGAAP Compliance
-T&E Management (Expense review, system implementations, AMEX card program admin. Etc.)
-Implemented cash forecasting improvements which resulted in cash forecasting deltas to drop below 10%
-Designed and implemented Payment process for bank portal payments based on SOX policies.
-Standardized processes globally through FSSS project, reaching a 90% Standardization Level.
-Transitioned 14 Medical manufacturing in-site and improved overall QBR by 20%.
