I am currently looking for new employment for an exciting new adventure. I have been at my place of employment for seven years, with twelve years of office administration and the like.
I am a charismatic, outgoing person, who interacts well with others, but I also like to encourage my career growth by taking on individual tasks.
I am proficient in all Microsoft programs, as well as an array of software designed specifically for different administrative tasks.
In my spare time, I enjoying being outdoors with my family, as well as cooking, learning new activities and getting out of my comfort zone.
My experience in my career has given me qualifications that give me the opportunity to be able to use my skills acquired in a few different office positions.
My most current employer, I was responsible for all legal documentation, scheduling, communicating with all parties involved in the lawsuit and drafting/editing correspondence. I was also responsible for the reception duties, accounts receivable, and time sensitive tasks. I am able to multitask with confidence, paying attention to detail and receiving/responding to constructive criticism when due. I take pride in a job that is not only well done, but a job I am proud to put my name on.
I completed my Legal Assistant diploma in 2013, with a two week practicum for an interim assistant, with an offer of employment at the end of my practicum.
In addition to my degree, I have ongoing training and refresher meetings twice a month, whether introducing new protocols or reviews on different tasks used frequently.
