• Maintain the whole process from processing invoices to payment. Work closely with the Administration and Operation (Canada and US) teams across the globe to ensure invoices are paid within vendor payment terms.
• Processing payment (Wires payment (CAD, EUR, USD) either for suppliers or employees, Scotia connect, bill payments, Efts, Checks and Payment filing system for Payment Tax considering all the different accounts that we have on the portal.
• Performing the month end closing process and reconciliation of the ledgers
• Ensure invoices are processed instead of considering them as accruals.
• Daily analysis of bank statement precisely returns payments or a matter that needs to be addressed and act accordingly with the purchasing department to correct whatever information is incorrect in the Treasury Automation Suite.

• Managing the cash flow (working closely with receivables to get accurate cash flow projections) and present treasury point to CFO each week. Improved cash flow by strategically timing payments.
• Generating reports for invoices that are waiting for approval or Po awaiting to be received (3-way match scenario) weekly.
• Implementation of a new system for SAP to Dynamics, I was the SMEs for 3 modules: Accounts payable, Cash and banking and Treasury Automation suite during the migration.
