A Computer Technician/Technical Support for more than (15) years and presently working as Freelance Computer Technician/Farmer and previously working as Senior Help Desk Operator in a Military hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Eastern Province Region. Main Responsible for first level problem determination, problem/incident recording, problem resolution and problem escalation for Help Desk support services. Services include networks, client/server systems, mainframe systems, PC desktops, desktop application software, online education software, Radiology PACS, RIS, Cardiac PACS, LIS System, peripheral devices and others.
It provides first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and applications problems. I have experienced in the areas of LAN and WAN, training and support, telephony, e-mail and security, exchange server operations, PC troubleshooting, sales and marketing of hardware and software.
