Quality Assurance Technician - AMIR QUALITY MEATS

• Ensure all work performed is in accordance with GMP, HACCP, and SQF.
• Monitor production lines and activities to ensure compliance with food safety.
• Organized quality assurance procedures for proper documentation to be submitted to the supervisor.
• Shipping and receiving the review, receiving approval verification against approved supplier lists, COA review when required, and supporting documentation.
• Perform pre-operational inspections across all the steps of the production process and the facility.
• Conduct internal audits and other quality assurance monitoring activities. Maintain records and assist in customer complaints and any non-conformance issues.
• Check production lines during production, all stages of production for any possible deviation and take corrective action whenever required.
• Arrange all the documents in the QA office and supports the food safety head, HACCP when required.
• Maintain the records of the temperature, daily pre-operational and operational checklists.
• Performing quality tests of the products as per company sampling plan.
• Checking the lot codes and best before of the products on cases and ensuring label compliance.

• Take a sample from each batch code and perform the dissolution and disintegration laboratory test of the tablets.
