Ensure all work performed is in accordance with GMP, HACCP, and SQF.
Monitor production lines and activities to ensure compliance with food safety.
Organized quality assurance procedures for proper documentation to be submitted to the supervisor.
Shipping and receiving the review, receiving approval verification against approved supplier lists, COA review when required, and supporting documentation.
Perform pre-operational inspections across all the steps of the production process and the facility.
Conduct internal audits and other quality assurance monitoring activities. Maintain records and assist in customer complaints and any non-conformance issues.
Check production lines during production, all stages of production for any possible deviation and take corrective action whenever required.
Arrange all the documents in the QA office and supports the food safety head, HACCP when required.
Maintain the records of the temperature, daily pre-operational and operational checklists.
Performing quality tests of the products as per company sampling plan.
Checking the lot codes and best before of the products on cases and ensuring label compliance.

Quality Control - JACKSON LABORATORIES

Ensuring and monitoring the pharmaceutical products to ensure that meet the required standards.
Take a sample from each batch code and perform the dissolution and disintegration laboratory test of the tablets.
Carefully analyze the data and compressively record the information.
Ensures that analytical reports comply with standards and regulations.
Conducts support activities necessary for the laboratory operations, establishes standards, and manages operational procedures.
Following the CAPA plans.
Manage quality control-related activities regarding all in-process checks, deviations, RM releases, and finished product release.
Make sure the batch of pharmaceutical products follows and verify bending, physical testing, and packaging of products.

Pharmacist - AMANDEEP HOSPITAL

To ensure the in-patient and outpatient dispensary service is patient-focused, responsive, and appropriate and professional image upheld all the times.
Monthly stock distribution function of the pharmacy.
To enable optimal stock control in the pharmacy by ensuring accurate and efficient stock maintenance via the implementation of administrative procedures.
To receive prescription slip and audit it and generate the bill.
Training concerned staff about pharmacy and hospital protocols and recording it in the training register.
To dispense the packed medicine to the patient at their respective location.
To label the cutting strips of medicine regarding the trade name, strength, batch number, and expiry date.
